- Being a citizen of any country of the world outside the EU/EEA, Switzerland, or Surinam.

- Haven’t taken an application process for a higher education program in the Netherlands. Former exchange students are able to apply.
- To be younger than 35 years of age.
- To have had remarkable grades during your former studies. A transcript is required.
Duration of the Scholarship:
- 1-year master’s degree program = 13 months
- 2-year master’s degree program = 25 months
